The issue of drug abuse, and specifically heroin, is still a major problem in the St. Louis area. The Kirkwood School District is holding the 13th forum on drug and alcohol abuse this year on June 20th. Percy Menzies, President of ARCA, joined Christine Buck of KPLR 11 to provide insight on the issue.
